There are the ancient lake that formed from the cracking of the earth since thousands or even millions of years ago. If you can visit the Tempe lake, you are among those who are lucky. Why? Because you have been visit a special place on earth. Tempe lake located just above Australia-Asia continental plates and set foot on two continents at once. This is amazing. Since time immemorial, the Tempe lake does have freshwater fish species that are not found elsewhere. At the bottom of the lake is the source of fish food, which is estimated made by the location where between two continental plates.
Since long time ago the lake has become one of the major suppliers of freshwater fish for the South Sulawesi province, even to the island of Java.
